Echelon Consultancy is a management consultancy based in Vapi, Gujarat. We help manufacturers get and keep ISO certification, improve their ESG performance and ratings, stay compliant with environment, social, health and safety law, and keep their management systems audit-ready all year through our annual consultancy.
Which ISO standards and certifications do you help with?
We support 13 standards and schemes: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 15378, ISO 13485, ISO 50001, ISO 22301, ISO 22716 (cosmetics GMP), FSSC 22000, BRC Global Standards, SEDEX and SMETA. We also cover social compliance requirements such as SA 8000 and BSCI.
Do you issue the ISO certificate?
No. ISO certificates are issued by independent, accredited certification bodies. We prepare your organisation for certification: we design and document the management system, train your people, run internal audits, and assist you during the certification audit and with any corrective actions.
How long does it take to get ISO certified?
It depends on the standard, the size of your organisation and how much of your system is already in place. After we understand your scope, we share a clear plan and timeline before any work begins.
Can you help improve our ESG rating or EcoVadis score?
Yes. We carry out ESG impact evaluations and help you prepare for and perform well in ESG rating audits, working with frameworks such as EcoVadis, GRI Standards, IFC and World Bank guidelines, ILO guidelines, ISO 26000 and ISO 31000.
What is included in annual management consultancy?
Year-round support that keeps your systems working and audit-ready: reviewing and updating processes, SOPs and formats; verifying records; training employees; internal audits; setting policies, objectives and KPIs; assistance during certification audits; and root-cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformances.
